Cold Tomato-Buttermilk Soup

Serves 6

1 Qt Tomato Juice
2 cups Buttermilk
2 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 dashes Tabasco sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
¾ tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Ground Pepper
¾ cup chopped arugula

Combine all ingredients except arugula, stir well and refrigerate overnight.
Stir again before serving and garnish with the chopped arugula
