Jean’s Famous Cosmo
This recipe for a Cosmopolitan replaces the Cointreau or Triple Sec with a delicious homemade citrus syrup called oleo-saccharum.
Makes two drinks
3 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Jean’s special Oleo-saccharum syrup (Click here)
1.5 oz Fresh lime juice
.75 oz Cranberry Juice
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty
- Strain into up glasses
